With a background in behavioral science and a knack for human-centered design, she brings clarity, calm, and momentum to messy moments (landing pages, presentations, and strategies…). Previously co-founder at Codum, she now works with teams and founders to turn vision into real, intuitive products.

She’s all about smart tools, fast feedback loops, and making tech work for humans — not the other way around.

Marlon is our go-to for AI and automation. With a background in software engineering and a sharp eye for efficient systems, he turns complex challenges into tools that actually help.
